QA Tester opening - Permanent

The role of the Test Engineer will be to perform the following duties:

Work as part of a team led by a Project Manager to implement the new application solution.
Work closely with the business partners and other IT Staff for all project phases from Design through Implementation.

Create and implement test plans and test cases for

System Test
Integration Test and
User Acceptance Test
Data specific test cases
Make revisions to Test Plan Document

Conduct Testing of Applications written in Oracle, C++, Java, VB Scripts, Access Macros and PL/SQL language

Management of Testing efforts, communication of status and issues to project manager & team
Advanced levels of analysis, problem solving and research skills to formulate solutions to business needs

Resolve problems in the design, build, test, production implementation, and post-implementation phases in coordination with other technical and business groups.
Manage testing issues.
