Ensure that the delivery of all projects within their team meet quality, scope, budget and timeline requirements. Experience managing projects with Clarity is a big plus.
Monitor status and progress for projects managed by their team against milestones, budgets and deadlines and effectively identify and communicate potential risks and issues.
Ensure effective issue management, communication and escalation procedures are followed for all projects managed within their team. Ensure compliance with established project management best practice standards and processes.
Directly manage assigned projects according to the defined methodology and governance rules, creating and maintaining all required documentation and reporting as prescribed.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with all levels of IT personnel.
Qualifications and Requirements:
5-8+ years’ experience in project management with experience leading complex Information Technology projects.
Experience with managing projects involving data center IT infrastructure design, planning, and build; worldwide network infrastructure deployment.
Experience with managing projects involving application development.
Experience with managing projects involving IT components such as Virtual/VM builds; server migration techniques and data migration. Proven ability to manage, lead and motivate geographically dispersed teams.
Ability to effectively analyze project requirements and scope and develop accurate resource forecasts for the successful completion of projects.
Able to function in complex and challenging environments while maintaining the ability to influence change and negotiate mutually beneficial solutions and understandings.
Demonstrates superior communication skills and the ability to clearly communicate risks, issues, impacts and resolution plans within all levels of the IT department, including senior management.
PMP and ITIL Certification is a plus

• Support of Apache HTTP Server
• Support responsibilities includes:
o Problem determination after reviewing web server configuration, reviewing web server logs, and analyzing process cores.
o Provide recommendations to improve performance and stability.
o Provide recommendations to resolve security and compliancy risks.
• Should defects be identified within Apache HTTP Server, the resource(s) are expected to code a fix and submit it back to the Apache Foundation to be included in a future release of HTTP Server.
• 50 Servers maximum will be rolled out to our Production environment over the next two (2) years.
• The vendor must provide 24×7 support with a 4 hour response time SLA.
