Provided options and resource information for a network of information technology professionals throughout the United States. Provided them with market, interviewing, company and career related advice, built rapport with potential candidates. I provided them with client options, guidance and direction for a career change.

Developed, documented and implemented standards and procedures of an automated recruitment process though the utilization of a customized CRM product. Built and maintained a database of technical information professionals throughout the United States via cold calling, referral network, reference checking, user group meetings, free internet site postings, internet pay sites, social networks and blog sites.
