Job Overview:
General Designs, analyzes, plans, and modifies processes and applications supporting network implementation activities. Develops and evaluates network applications, performance criteria, and measurement methods. Prepares the analysis of the short-term and long-term application needs to support capacity measurement-related processes. Responsible for the conduct application architecture design, feasibility, and cost studies. Conducts the analysis and facilitates solutions of processes in support of network capacity and development plan projections. Develops alternative process scenarios and changes in applications required in support of related network activities. Develops complex applications to support capacity plans and cost estimates.
