Needs 2-3 years of anlaysis and gathering of requiremetns and meeting with vendors to determine modifications to applications being developed. This person will have previous experience conducting and participating in JAD sessions. This person will have strong communication skills and the abilty to interact at all levels of management and be flexible to change directions.
