Job Overview:

-This position requires strong analysis and problem solving skills, and a strong understanding of systems and IP networking fundamentals.

-2-4 years experience in network administration / support or similar role required. Technologies that make up the environment: Windows, Active Directory, Cisco routers, switches and firewalls, VMWare vSphere/ESX and View/VDI, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Office.

The position will include support and maintenance of the enterprise network, including software and hardware elements of the LAN/WAN infrastructure and desktop environment.

Responsibilities include analysis, implementation, troubleshooting, and repair of network infrastructure, as well as administration of software updates, anti-malware systems, backups, maintenance of Active Directory, various network scanning and reporting tasks, and troubleshooting end-user desktop and network related issues.
Required Experience:
2-4 years experience in Microsoft network support or similar role required.
Network and desktop troubleshooting and maintenance
Windows Server and Active Directory administration and support.
Scripting experience

Experience is a plus:
CCNA, CCNP or A+
Help-desk or Support desk
Backup or Anti-Malware administration
Alternate OS experience (Linux, etc)
Virtualization (vSphere/ESX, Hyper-V)
