Job Overview:
Codes, administers, tests Oracle Business Intelligence Edition (OBIEE) software based upon software specifications and designs. Uses sound software engineering principles to ensure that developed code is modifiable efficient, reliable, understandable, and fault tolerant. Provides software process management and control throughout the coding portion of the software development process.
Required Skills - in order of importance with years of experience needed
Basic knowledge of the Journeyman Programmer/Analyst field and the ability to work with some supervision. Specialists generally have up to two years of professional experience in their field of expertise. Basic experience in coding from software specifications and designs; testing code for efficiency and correctness. Must have prior OBIEE administration experience.
Preferred Skills - with years of experience needed
Business Intelligence/Data Warehousing experience. Experience with Oracle RDBMS, Oracle Data Integration, Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition.
