Business Analyst opening in Austin, Texas / Perm and Contract openings

Job Overview:

This person will have 6-7 years of experience in analysis of software development applications with a emphasis in Web Portal development and security. They will gather requirements by leading JAD Sessions with internal and external resources, developing surveys, observing and documenting current business processes in place and other common techniques. They will document Functional and Non Functional requirements in industry standard formats, use cases, software requirements specs, diagrams. This person will manage software documentation in support of change management process through the life cycle, the will assist the project manager and completing project activities. 3-4 years in documenting and managing software requirements using established methodologies. (RUP, IEEE,SDSL) Ability and experience to manage day to day relationships with clients and internal resources. Experience in a CM or CMM MI3 organization is highly desired.

MS Sharepoint is a plus Modeling experience as a Enterprise Architect is a plus Experience with Rational Clearest is a plus Experience with Remedy is a plus.
