Research, collect source data, and interview appropriate personnel to draft/compose text for technical literature, which meets standards and procedures, with experience in Information Design, Information Architecture, Training Material development and SharePoint design / Management. Plans, writes, and maintains systems and user support documentation efforts. Create documentation methodologies, frameworks, workflow diagrams, and photography for assigned writing projects. Coordinate review of all assigned writing projects to ensure thorough documentation. Provide input on other technical writing projects by critiquing, editing, and proofreading manuscripts prepared by others. Work in cooperation with graphics and print team to coordinate illustration, page production, and printing to ensure timely completion of technical literature projects.
