SAP #ABAPDeveloper Job opening in Kansas City, Missouri

Job Overview:

-Develop SAP Workflow solutions using appropriate components of the SAP Workflow toolset for required business processes.
-Develop new ABAP programs and maintain existing programs.
-Lead the analysis, design, development and maintenance of SAP Workflows.
-Manage the customer expectations relative to SAP Workflow implementations and ensure all the business requirements are met.
-Develop system/application documentation (specifications) for Workflow development. -Develop specifications for ABAP development.
-Develop estimates to support Workflow and ABAP development and maintenance efforts.

Requirements:
-10+ years in systems analysis and programming.
-7 or more years of SAP Workflow and ABAP programming.
-Proven ability to work independently.
-Proficiency in program requirements gathering.
-Excellent written/verbal communication skills. (requirements documentation, functional and technical specification etc)
-Excellent organizational and planning skills.
-Must be willing and have the ability to travel both US and internationally. (less than 20%)
