Job Overview: The IT Project Office Metrics/Reporting Analyst supports the IT with information related projects. They are responsible for maintaining measurable project metrics, reviewing project progress, and supporting a variety of portfolio and project deliverables that enable the Solutions Delivery organization to ensure delivery of quality. The IT Project Office Metrics/Reporting Analyst uses the Planview project portfolio management tool, Business Objects, as well as other Microsoft Office products to develop and generate queries and reports in response to scheduled and ad hoc requests. They collaborate with project management, resource management, and IT Project Office staff to support the Planview environment as it also relates to the respective software development life cycle methodology interfaces. Duties: -Maintain data, reports, and metrics in Planview project portfolio tool. -Supports IT project managers and analysts in their use of Planview -Completes and updates projects in Planview as directed by IT project managers and analysts. -Develop and generate reports for management, including scheduled and ad hoc reports, using Planview, Business Objects, and MS Office products. -Audit and update Planview database to ensure accurate and timely information.
