Job Overview:
Looking for a person with 5+ years of experience with administration of enterprise level Linux administration. This person would be responsible for maintenance, tuning, optimization and support of the Operating System. The data stream is extremely large and constantly changing and requires constant updates and Optimization to speed up performance. Candidate needs to maintain system for optimal performance. This person will have expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux v.4 spans IBM eServer platforms, this will involved a common code base (built on the Linux 2.6 kernel). This person will have strong communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management and change directions with a moments notice. Technology driven company with growth opportunity.
-RED HAT certified is a plus / RHCE Experience with Tivoli Netcool Network Manager is a plus.
-Experience with collecting data for switches (Lucent, Nortel and Motorola) on network is a plus.
