Job Overview:
Looking for a Systems administrator with 4-5 years of experience on Avaya Communication Systems, including Session Manager, System Manager, Communication, AES, VD Programming, Vector Programming to provide administration for a enterprise level call center. This person will have strong communication skills, ability to interact at all levels of management. They will develop call routing scripts and support all routing solutions on a Automatic Call Distribution Platform.
Avaya Aurora Communications Manager platform - 1-2 years of knowledge or experience
Nortel and Avaya X-1 agent is a plus
