Job Overview:
Need a project manager that has managed multiple complex projects for the design and development of Cell Tower site acquisition projects. They will have 4-5 years developing and providing project plans, site acquisition, vendor negotiation, construction and budgets of Cell Phone Towers. This person will have strong communication skills and the ability to work with in a matrixes or direct report environment. This person will have experience 2-3 years of experience in 2 or more of the following for the design and development of Cell towers; civil construction, structural design, equipment installation, Telecoms coordination, BTS Commissioning, antenna system design and installation, Large scale deployment of BTS equipment, Site Acquisition, leasing, design, permitting and regulatory.
