This person will have 2-3 years of experience with MS Dynamics CRM, they will be Involved in a variety of general things- pulling data, Sales metrics creation and analysis, process mapping and documentation, CRM, etc.
Specific Skills:
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM knowledge and experience. Familiarity with rollout, configuration. This person is not a developer, but someone who understands, what it takes to get MS CRM set up and running from the business perspective.
-Process mapping and documentation
-Project management
-Statistical analysis
-MS Access and Excel
-SAS a plus
-Experience with all above in a sales arena a plus
General skills:
-Flexible- have to be able to change directions and plug holes as they develop
-Communication- they will be interfacing with IT project managers as well as business executives.
