This person will have 5-8 years in the following skills and have provided heavy analysis and coding in COBOL, DB2, FileAid, Easytrieve, RX, SQL, CICS, VSAM, Abend AID and CA-7.
Job Description:
• Design, develop, maintain and enhance Mainframe applications that support the transfer and obfuscation of data from production to test environments.
• Research, develop and implement application and application environment enhancements.
• Maintain and enhance, through tuning and infrastructure configuration, Mainframe applications.
• Review and understand Mainframe application code for problem evaluation.
• Work with architecture and application development teams to identify and resolve on-going test and production incidents.
• Research and implement areas of service process improvement.
• Research and implement metrics processes.
• Develop and maintain key metrics to measure effectiveness
