Requirements:

At least 3 years professional experience. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Strong background and work experience in customer service and/or technical quality assurance. Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, and outlook. Knowledge of state government operation and operations management implementing best practices. A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace. Excels at operating in an fast pace, community environment

Duties:
1. Policy documentation and implementation
2. Responsible for understanding and interpreting business objectives and aligning operational activity with business priorities and strategies
3. Responsible for identifying, improving and/or correcting customer service processes in coordination with Sales and Marketing.
4. Responsible for identifying, improving and/or correcting quality assurance processes in coordination with Sales and Marketing.
5. Assist in all aspects of business development in coordination with the Director of Marketing and General Manager
