This person will provide installing, configuring, and maintaining computer and/or network operating systems, systems software, and related hardware under guidance of senior staff.
Develops and implements technical knowledge to meet the needs of the team and organization.•
Experience with and detailed understanding of Citrix Metaframe XP and Citrix Presentation Server 4.x within a Medium size enterprise environment • General understanding of the Citrix web Interface and Secure Gateway/Access Gateway. • One to three years of experience designing and supporting a medium size Citrix implementation across multiple locations • Perform ongoing maintenance on the Citrix environment including upgrades, hot fixes.• Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows Server 2000/2003 and server hardware • Provide technical and end user documentation for Citrix architecture and procedures• Strong customer service skills
Should be working towards industry certifications (CCA, CCEA, MCSE) • General understanding of Project Management.
